9. Orders, Payments & Subscriptions
9.1 Subscription Orders (Auto-Ship)
If you sign up for a recurring order (Auto-Ship), you authorize Haus of Paws to bill your card automatically based on the schedule and quantity you select. You can cancel anytime via your account. Prices may vary based on promotions, availability, or changes to your order.
Discounts and best-price guarantees apply only within a limited geographic area and timeframe, and only to products included in your subscription at the time of order.
We reserve the right to deny promotional pricing or adjust offers at our sole discretion.
9.2 Unpaid Orders
Orders must be paid within 10 days of placement. If payment is not received, the order will be canceled, and any associated discounts will no longer apply.
In some cases—especially if a promotional offer expires before the 10-day window—we may cancel the order earlier to uphold offer terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By using a promotional code, voucher, discount, or participating in any special offer from Haus of Paws, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Promotional Period
All promotions are valid for a limited time only, as advertised, and are subject to change or cancellation at the sole discretion of Haus of Paws—without prior notice.
General Conditions
Promo codes, vouchers, and discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or store credit.
They are not valid on past purchases and may not be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless stated otherwise.
Unless otherwise specified, promotional pricing excludes gift cards and shipping fees.
Offers are subject to stock availability and may be limited to selected items or categories.
Some products may be excluded from promotions, including clearance items or delivery fees.
Redemption Rules

Returns on Promotional Purchases
Returns or exchanges for items bought as part of a promotion are subject to our standard return policy.
Please note: if a discounted item is returned, only the amount paid (after the discount) will be refunded. Discount values are not refundable.

Online Offer Terms
Online promotions are governed by our website Terms & Conditions, along with any special rules outlined for the promotion in question. By completing your purchase, you confirm acceptance of both.
Additional Clauses
"Buy X, Get X" offers exclude sale or clearance items unless otherwise noted. Discount applies to the lowest-priced eligible item in the offer.
"Free Gift" or "Gift with Purchase" offers are only available while stocks last and may not be returned for refunds.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you (and your pet) to love every Haus of Paws order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can make it better.
What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:
- within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- proof of purchase (e.g. your order/ invoice number)
- its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition (unless it arrived damaged or faulty).
- eligible for return (see the list of non-returnable items below).
What Can't Be Returned
Some items, due to health and safety or product integrity, are not returnable unless there’s a valid issue like damage or incorrect delivery. These include:
Pet food and treats, except:
- Hill’s, Royal Canin, Acana, Orijen and Eukanuba food that your pet finds unpalatable (must be at least two-thirds full and within your first return for unpalatability in the last 12 months).
- Food that arrived damaged or with an expiry date that has
already passed.
Tick & flea treatments, tablets, and sprays (unless expired upon arrival).
Items clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page
or packaging.

2. Returning the Item
If the error was on our side (wrong item, damaged, faulty, or expired), we’ll handle the return shipping and send a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
If you’re returning an item because:
- it doesn’t fit your pet,
- it wasn’t what you expected, or
- you’ve simply changed your mind,
the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund/exchange value
We reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee on returns that require significant processing.
Replacements, Exchanges & Refunds
For items returned due to our error, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund after receiving the returned product.
For items returned for an exchange, we'll send the order out once the return is received and the return and re-delivery costs have been settled - we will send you a link for payment.
Refunds typically take up to 10 working days to process. We’ll email you once it’s done.
EFT orders: Due to fraud risks, we cannot refund directly to your bank account. Instead, we’ll issue a Haus of Paws gift card or credit your Pet Parent account for the refund amount.
Costs Involved
We do our best to keep returns simple, but there are a few costs to be aware of—especially if the return isn’t due to an error on our part.
Return Shipping Costs
If you’re returning an item because it didn’t fit, your pet didn’t love it, or you’ve changed your mind, the cost of sending it back is your for your account & will be deducted from the available refund/credit value
Exchange / Swop-Out Delivery Costs
Need a different size or product? We’re happy to arrange a swop—but the delivery cost for sending the new item to you will be charged separately. Pricing depends on your location and will be confirmed before shipping.
Handling Fee
Returns that require special processing or admin may incur a handling fee of up to 10% of the item’s value. This applies on a case-by-case basis—typically only for high-volume or non-standard returns.
